Common questions

Why is the wait time an hour old? Because CBP publishes it that way — officers update the figures by hand, and some ports go hours between updates. LineWatch always shows how old a number is instead of presenting it as live.
Why does a crossing show no wait? Either it is closed right now, or it is one of the ports CBP lists but never publishes passenger wait times for. Those are flagged before you add them.
Why is there no southbound wait? No agency measures it. Southbound figures come only from drivers reporting their own crossings.
An alert didn't arrive. Check that notifications are allowed for LineWatch in iOS Settings. The Reminders screen states plainly whether alerts can reach you.
Managing your subscription. Subscriptions renew through your Apple Account and can be cancelled any time in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
